Our mental health services at Veterans Future Wellness Center provide specialized care and treatment to individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues. As necessary, our veterans participate in individual and group counseling sessions, substance abuse prevention, and crisis intervention education programs.
Provides outcomes-based therapy for patients with service-connected impairments or disabilities, and plans educational, recreational, and social activities to support recovery and adaptation.
Medical and therapeutic strategies aimed at reducing pain and improving overall function and quality of life, enabling patients to engage in daily activities and maintain independence to alleviate or control long-lasting service-connected pain that persists for weeks, months, or even years.
Outpatient services for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders and alcohol and substance abuse issues. VFWC serves patients who do not require inpatient care, providing counseling and support for a variety of mental health and substance use concerns. If needed, VFWC also refers patients to more comprehensive treatment programs.
At Veterans Future Wellness Center, we work with local Thai healthcare providers who follow FMP guidelines to support clients in receiving timely and appropriate service-connected disability treatments not provided by VFWC.
Our VA-certified Veteran Service Representatives provide guidance in understanding and utilizing VA FMP for receiving medical care for service-connected disabilities and submit direct billing of VA FMP insurance claims to prevent out-of-pocket costs for veterans. Our insurance claims submission and VA FMP navigation processes ensure VA FMP compliance increasing the rate of first-time acceptance by the VA.
